Írjon visszajelzést**July 2021 Review** I wouldn't recommend this place. They offer a gluten-free menu, but I found that some of the items on it aren't actually gluten-free. The staff didn't seem to grasp the seriousness of allergies, which is concerning. I won't be returning. While there is a separate gluten-free menu available upon request, I had mixed experiences with it. However, some options were available, and the staff appeared to be knowledgeable. The food was beautifully presented, and I did enjoy the view!
After reading the reviews, we were quite skeptical about this place, but my partner had a fantastic meal without any celiac flare-up. To be fair, the staff overall were not very helpful, not just regarding gluten-free options. Eventually, we received a separate gluten-free menu, though it was quite limited. My partner started with mussels and had a cashew stir-fry with sticky rice for the main course. He found it absolutely delicious, and there were clearly no issues with cross-contamination.
I would not recommend this restaurant. Although they offer a gluten-free menu, I discovered that some of the items on it are not actually gluten-free. The staff seems to lack a proper understanding of allergies and their seriousness. I won't be dining here again. They do have a separate gluten-free menu, but you need to ask for it. There are several options available, and the staff appeared to be knowledgeable. The food was delicious and complemented the beautiful view nicely!
When we mentioned that I had eaten the rice just a few nights earlier, the staff seemed unfazed and did not grasp the seriousness of the situation—not just for me, but for others who might have ordered the same dish without being aware of the risk. This is unacceptable. Allergies are very serious, and they did not seem to understand that at all. As someone with celiac disease who has stayed healthy for almost two years, it is disheartening to face this kind of oversight after working so hard to manage my health.
Terrible experience. I strongly urge you not to go there. I initially had what we thought was a delightful meal, so we decided to return a few days later. I attempted to order the same dish, but after placing my order, a waitress came back to inform us that the rice I had chosen, which was listed on the gluten-free menu, actually contained gluten. Although I could have opted for a different dish, I had previously enjoyed that meal and believed it to be gluten-free and safe for my coeliac condition, especially since they had reassured us about cross-contamination on our last visit. When we pointed out that I had eaten the rice just a few nights before without any issues, they seemed indifferent and failed to understand the serious nature of this problem—not just for me, but for anyone else who might have ordered the same dish without realizing the risk. This lack of awareness is unacceptable. Allergies are extremely serious, and they simply did not acknowledge that reality. As someone with coeliac disease who has managed to stay healthy for nearly two years, it was deeply disappointing and frustrating to encounter this lack of control after working so hard to prioritize my health.
