Chili's Grill - St. Joseph

Food and service terrible! Chili cold as if it came straight from fridge. Also they refused to honor gift card. Card had $25 balance and was verified online on Chili's website. Server had attitude. Manager was rude and argumentive.

My wife and I came in one evening and they weren't busy at all. No wait lines, though we waited for nearly 10 minutes with no host to show us to a table. The bartender saw how long we were waiting and showed us to a table. We were seated near the kitchen and I was hearing cussing, rap music, things about personal lives. One employees was sitting on the floor, in the doorway texting on her phone. Service was very slow, food was not great. I had a $25 gift card. We both ordered dishes that were under $15 a piece, we didn't order any appetizers or dessert and I still ended up paying $30+ more for mediocre food. Will definitely not be back nor will I suggest this restaurant to anybody.

Having staffing issues today I guess. So many people waited to be seated. With a lot of tables empty. And the host seemed confused and lost. Hope gets better would like to try this place sometime. Many of us just walked out.

Service was okay, but had to wait for a while a few times. My food was a bit on the burnt side, and we had to send a plate back for it to corrected twice. Overall not horrible, but not great.

I went today around 2:30 (avoiding the lunch rush). I ordered the rib eye (med well) w/broccoli street corn. The rib eye was tough, chewy no flavor/seasoning WHAT SO EVER. The street corn was so bad it was almost dehydrated. Also my med well steak was very much well done. On an up note the brocolli cheese fries I had for an appetizer was good! I WOULD NOT recommend this place at all!!! The waitress was awesome tho!
