Jimmy John's - St. Louis Park

Can you order a sandwich from the lobby? what is the point of having a fidelity front? and do not tell me covid or short staff b/c there 5 employees behind the theke. rubish jimmy johns I had a higher expectation from you.

I never let reviews and I love jimmy john. I always went to this place; but I tried to go 10 times a little recently and never had a success. they are never open. I hope this will soon be better occupied. I am at the point where I will give it up.

Very disappointing. I waited an hour for my order, and after the app said it was "out for delivery," I ended up waiting another 40 minutes. I was at the hospital visiting family and was not impressed with this Jimmy John's experience. Also, there were no napkins or utensils included. I don't think I'll be ordering from there again.

It's often the little things that make a big difference. Today, Nate at JJ's truly brightened my day. His friendly words and gestures completely turned things around for me. The service was fantastic! Thank you!

There's always something wrong: they closed early, their card reader is down, they're short staffed, etc. The whole point of Jimmy John's is that it's fast and convenient, neither of which this location is.
