Central Table - St. Louis

I couldn't help but laugh with delight at the roasted broccoli! I had never tried it before, and it was absolutely delicious. The topping on the salmon was also excellent.

I enjoyed a lovely lunch at the central table. The chicken salad sandwich was excellent, just like the veggie pizza. The prices were reasonable, and it wasn't busy at all for a Tuesday lunch. The open atmosphere and location are definitely added bonuses.

I had higher expectations for this restaurant. There were only two tables occupied during our visit, and while our server was friendly, the meal itself didn’t live up to the price we paid. It wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t particularly impressive either. My wife's salmon, which was described on the menu with great anticipation, was served with rice but without any explanation. Additionally, the sound system was malfunctioning, resulting in an awkward silence that made the atmosphere feel off.

If they like a restaurant with modern decor, that is. the room was wide open, with view of euclid ave. eating was pretty good, but I think the wee was easy on the high side. I will put this on my list of places to visit again.

First time to Central Table and really enjoyed it! Went there before the Muny for dinner with my daughter and niece. Food was delicious! The chef even made a special order pizza for my daughter! Will definately come back again!
