READ ENTIRELY PLEASE Roper Ribs has been my go to for over 25 years..came into town and bought $60 worth of burnt shoots and rib tips..hubby WAS NOT HAPPY..told a friend and they said, next time in town go to STL Q..my sis happened to be in town, and was going to Ropers I told her not to, go to STL Q..IM GLAD SHE DID..she went on a Thursday, drove 986 miles and snoots and riprib tips was OMG..wonderful..even though I asked for potato salad and sauce on side and they put potato salad in with snoots, they were not burnt nor was the rib tips..MY GO TO FOR NOW OWN..

The food is amazing, the service needs major improvement... the lady was very rude talking my order. .i almost left because of her attitude but i wanted the barbecue just that bad... please do better before your lose a very loyal customer

The wait wasn't too long; we remained in the car while they came out to take our order.

The service is consistently excellent, but I did have a small issue this week—one of the items I ordered was missing from my bag. However, the manager was very understanding and assured me that he would replace it on my next visit!

This BBQ is excellent, definitely some of the best in St. Louis. The meats are consistently smoked to perfection and served hot. I would recommend this BBQ to everyone.
