Awful Arthur's Seafood Company

Disappointed. Had to find waitress to give our order. Oyster po boy was edible although oysters were cold in the center (Frozen?? Fish and chips were served as 5 heavily breaded fish balls, not your typical fish and chips. Waitress did not come back to check on us, again we had to ask for our bill. It was not busy, only one other table on a Monday evening. Service: Dine in

Our party of 3 was seated inside and then promptly ignored for over 10 minutes. We heard the staff bickering amongst themselves loudly in the adjacent room, we felt extremely uncomfortable and ended up leaving before we were even seen by the waitress. Meal type: Lunch

They don't like kids. I went there with 4 adults and 2 children. They told us that the wait was to for the kids to sit and our party was to big. As we left they sat people that were behind us in line. So we went to the crab claw where we should have went to in the first place. They seated us right away.

We both ordered lobster bisque just to get a feel for the place. It was barely warmed up at all. The lobster chunks were sparse and were actually cold on the inside. The bisque was extremely, extremely salty. I could not finish it because it was too salty. A bowl was listed for $12 on the menu, but when I got the bill it was $15 for a bowl so the price charged was actually much higher than what the menu was listing. They would only take cash. The credit card machine was inoperable. Waitress was not very attentive.

The service was good the food mediocre and prices were high. Ate at limoncello the following night for about the same price and food and service were great!
