Sprout - St Michaels

We stopped here for lunch on our way to the Eastern Shore Sea Glass and Coastal Arts Festival, and we were pleasantly surprised to find plenty of vegan and gluten-free options available. My partner Daniel enjoyed a hearty black bean burger, while I opted for the Tabbouleh salad. Everything was organic and freshly made from scratch.

This restaurant is a great spot for coffee and healthy meals. It's perfect for breakfast or lunch. While most of the food is for takeout, there are plenty of tables available both inside and outside for those who prefer to dine in. They could definitely expand their food options, but my experience may not fully represent what they offer during the next season. This update is based on a previous review from January 5, 2022.

"This spot is fantastic for coffee and healthy meals. It's an excellent choice for breakfast or lunch. Although the food is primarily for takeout, there are plenty of tables available both indoors and outdoors for dining in. While I wish there were more food options, it’s possible that my experience was influenced by the limited menu during the low season.
