Dunkin' - St. Petersburg

This Dunkin' location is, without a doubt, the worst I've ever visited. They confused regular milk for oat milk when I ordered, and they messed up my Matcha Latte three times in a row, forcing me to drive back for a refund. I decided to give them another chance recently and ordered a simple iced latte with oat milk, but I ended up being late to my appointment because I had to wait 25 minutes with three cars ahead of me. The place is incredibly disorganized. They'll ask for your order, then interrupt you mid-sentence with, “Oh hang on, give me a minute,” before getting your order wrong. They mentioned they’re under new management, but things seem to be getting worse, not better. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY AT THIS LOCATION. It feels like a rip-off. The Dunkin' on 22nd and 30th in St. Pete is the best in the area, and this location could really learn from them. I will never return to this 34th Street location again.

Too bad they stopped lemon donuts. they have always been my favorite. this place makes the complete Dunkin menu. the 34th sts location that has just been rebuilt, just donuts and coffee, nothing else.

Service was horrible, staff was really rude, no bagels so they replaced my orders with burned croissant and not orders was wrong. This was supposed to be a beyond sausage and egg sandwich, no egg was on the burned croissant and the sausage was hard. But the iced coffee was great.

This place has the best crew! we went to the breakfast and coffee and brought our doggo so that we also got him a pup cup! the personal was great! thank you!

I do not try to leave bad reviews on the basis of a single bad experience, because people sometimes have days off, but 3 times I was here and all 3 times were similarly disappointed, which makes effiw a sample. I was not greeted for the first time and then ignored almost 5 min while waiting in the line that consisted of only me. I ordered and went to the toilet room. came back and sat down to wait while he took the dressing up. they brought out my command, but they let him sit on the table when I sat there and had never told me that they had brought it out. the other two times are similar experiences. a terrible service. not a single smile, not even a fake. I think I'm gonna pay a few cents extra and just go after dieucks. at least there the employees seem to be interested.
