Pizzeria Residence Oasi - STAFFOLO

Large restaurant complex. Can cater for all size bookings. Staff young and well_ trained. Good service. Food very good. We started with a type of aubergine mouse with a Parmesan sauce which was very delicate and tasty. They make their own pasta. We had handmade ravioli with ricotta and spinach. Good selection of main dishes both fish and meat. We had a steak cooked like a beef Wellington in pastry. The fig cheesecake was delicious.

A very nice meal spoiled by useless service. Also there must be a shortage of parmesan in Italy Plenty of parking.

The Oasi has been going for years and years, and it's always been popular locally. Recently the owner, Umberto, built a new building a few yards up the road from the old one, with a bigger car-park, air-conditioned rooms upstairs, and much more space for the restaurant. It's basically local food but with more variety than most places, so you'll often find something there that's a bit different. Whatever you have, you'll enjoy it. Reasonable prices and very good staff, most of whom have stayed with Umberto for years.

Excellent food I visit this restaurant often and the food has never let me down. At weekends booking is advisable. I have to say not one dish has ever let me down.

We went a number of times when we on holiday very near here. Always great. We had pizza, mussels, carbonara and Ragu all great. Brilliant 'bar snacks ' (as my 8 year old calls them) in the cafe as well as knock out icecream. Staff were brilliant and looked after us.
