Guy at the register was very rude with an attitude. He was angry because I wanted to pay for my order with a card instead of cash. He threw my card down on the desk at me and refused to take it as form of payment also stating a racial slurr. I would stay away from this restaurant and the owners should be ashamed to have an employee working there representing them like that. I should have gotten the guys name. Just a horrible experience for my first time ever trying this place. I would recommend any other local pizza shop around before this one!

I've been coming to stafford house for 12 years. The chicken parm was my go to every time. Unfortunately last Sunday I had a bad experience. The waitress I always deal with recognized me even knowing where I did. I ordered my usual chicken parm dinner. She brought it out and explained that the person who made it had the cap accidentally come off the oregano but they did their best to clean it up. She said let me know if it tastes funny. It did taste funny (terrible) and all she said was that hopefully they don't do that again. Not can I make it over for you correctly. My chicken parm was green. I did not want to start an argument there so after I saw nothing was going to be done I just paid my bill (was charged full price) and left. They knew the meal was messed up and tried to cover it up badly then still charged me full price for it. Bad move guys

Food was delicious as usual but we never had such terrible service. Our waitress barely knew we were in the building! We have always enjoyed going to SHOP and had great service. Today, that waitress just did not care! Too bad. So sad. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5
