Mcdonald's - Stafford

I had the worst hot chocolate ever at this restaurant. It was watery, cold, and lacked chocolate flavor. If this is your usual standard, I suggest removing it from the menu.

I have had a 90% error rate with my delivery orders from this restaurant. It has become a running joke in my household. For example, when ordering a meal for four people, I would expect to receive four drinks, but they only sent one. I have contacted the manager multiple times and they claim that the orders are being double checked, but I am skeptical of this.

My second delivery order from this restaurant was completely wrong. My previous order earlier in the week also had mistakes, with items being swapped and missing. A voucher was offered for me to try again, but this time they forgot the entire burger. When I called to request the missing items and a refund, I was told that they don't have insurance for their drivers, which I believe to be a lie. The manager, who claimed her name was Ellie (but I later found out this was not true), said they couldn't process a refund. Other delivery places would have sent a driver back out or offered a refund, but McDonald's did not. I am now attempting a chargeback through my bank. I suggest avoiding this McDonald's location on Eccleshall Road due to their consistent mistakes and lack of customer service.

Why is the milkshake machine always broken, happens all the time and staff couldn’t give a ****. PS burgers are ****, why can the French do MCds but we can’t??

Called for a drive through after travelling back from holiday starving with my family ordered3 Big Macs and 1 bacon burger all large meals after stopping to eat them no bacon on mine all stone cold no salt sauce serviettes or anything in the bags **** services are they trying to save money NO condiments you try eating with no where to wipe your handethe bacon must have been on a flying pig won’t be back.
