Staff should show a better sense of urgency when preparing orders. Average wait time is around 10-15min. Compared to say what a Chipotle can do in under 5min in the same style order preparation. Orders are often taken all at once but not completed in order. Staff will hand out regular coffee before taking say a latte that was ordered first because it was faster and easier to complete, causing the higher wait times for some as well. Better direction would serve this food establishment greatly.

The restaurant opens at 10 AM on weekends and holidays. However, even at 10:25 AM, the staff were present but the doors were still closed and not opening. It’s quite disappointing to be at a place like this during my limited break time, especially since it’s in a hospital setting. I tried to enter twice, but the doors remained shut while the workers were simply at their desks.

The food is delicious, but I noticed some concerning cleanliness issues during my visit today. The staff didn’t seem to be clean, and there was food on their side of the counter. Because of this, I decided to only order a coffee. This is unacceptable, especially given the current pandemic situation. When I brought it up, my concerns were dismissed.

Terrible experience! The restaurant closes at 8 a.m., but the staff decided to stop taking orders at 7:25 a.m. just to clean up. Thank you very much! We just got off the night shift and were hungry!
