I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the recent experience I had at your restaurant. I ordered the chicken broccoli with pork fried rice, expecting a delicious meal, but what I received was far from satisfactory. The plate I was served contained an excessive amount of sauce, completely drowning out the rice, chicken, and broccoli. The rice was so heavily soaked in sauce that it resembled a vegetable soup rather than a proper dish.Afterward, I promptly contacted your restaurant, providing both a video and photograph to demonstrate the issue. To my surprise, instead of offering a sincere apology, your staff attempted to pass the blame onto me by stating that I failed to request a reduction in sauce. This response was unacceptable and did not address the main problem, which was the poor quality of the dish itself.Furthermore, the proposed compensation of a mere 10% discount on my next order does not rectify the situation adequately. As a result of this experience, I am compelled to inform you that I will not be patronizing Fuji Restaurant again. It is not solely due to the lack of a refund, but rather the audacity shown by your establishment in serving such substandard food to customers.Please understand that I hold no prejudice against Chinese cuisine or Asian people; this incident was an isolated and disappointing occurrence. However, I do expect a certain level of quality and care when dining at an establishment, regardless of the cuisine.I kindly request that you take this matter seriously and address the issues raised. Hands down my go to for Japanese or Chinese food. Their quality and standards are superb. Their Miami rolls are delicious, their soups are delicious, and their Chinese menu is reasonably priced and great quality compared to other places. Highly recommend!

My go to place for Chinese takeout or sushi. Never been disappointed and the crab rangoon is fantastic!

We always order from Fuji for our office lunch meetings, when we want Japanese or Chinese. Both cuisines are of incredible quality. They even added the names of my employees on the packaging which shows the small details do not go unnoticed. Amazing place!! Highly recommend!!
