From the booking process to our visit, everything was effortless. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional. Our table (an igloo) was ready as soon as we arrived, and our server was attentive and extremely helpful when it came time to place our orders. The food was delicious, and our drinks were fantastic as well!

We had a great time with sign of the whale. eating was fantastic and drinks were great. the service was sometimes a little slow. we all loved the igloos and the ceilings/Heizers. it was difficult to eat a full meal, but given the low table in the middle. would be great if there were side tables or tablets to make eating easier.

I had a disappointing experience at the restaurant. While the food was great, the service was frustratingly slow. It took ages for someone to take our order, and when the food finally arrived, some items were missing. This wasn’t my first time encountering such issues, which makes it even more disappointing.

Service very slow getting our order in took forever and then the order took one hour to come out. They make a mistake with one of the orders, never said anything to us and left us waiting. No adjustment due to mistakes. Food below expectations for the cost.

Michelle was an excellent server. Good beer and cocktail selection. Good service on a Wednesday night with a few larger groups.
