Írjon visszajelzéstI would like to share my experience of trying out the Tipsy Plate at Primal Cuts. The dish consisted of cut meat with gravy sauce and it was very good. I also had the Smash Burger which was amazing it was very juicy, a portion size, and had an onion garlic taste that was out of this world. I visited the restaurant around 1 p.m. so it wasn 't too busy. It was my first time trying Primal, but the staff member named Adam was very nice and informative about the different menu options and concept. Overall, it was a great lunch experience!
Ordered a garlic smash burger and made it a combo, adding fries and a can of soda. The best part of this place was that the associate was really sweet! However, the food itself was below par. I was supposed to be texted when my order was ready, but apparently their system wasn't properly working. When I walked back around toward this place, the person who took my order hand-delivered my bag to me. I'm not sure how long the order actually took to make, but I walked around the food hall, then returned to Primal Cuts about 15 min after placing my order.I was surprised to see that the cheese on the burger was not melted at all. I suppose that means my burger was not very hot when it was made (by the time I got my food, it was mildly warmer than room temp). The patty itself didn't look very smashed... it was comparable to a McDonald's beef patty in appearance. The bun didn't seem toasted, so it kinda felt like they barely microwaved a patty, then slathered a bun with the garlic sauce and put it all together with a piece of totally unmelted cheese on top before packaging the food. The portion of fries was generous, though. I think that was the most filling part of the meal. It was nice that they left the box open so it wouldn't get soggy. The ketchup was a bit lacking for me, though. I know they make their own ketchup, but it needed a more acidic punch for my tastes. Anywho, the total came to a little over $14 (with tip), which wasn't worth it at all.
They use Harris Ranch beef for their steaks which is a very high quality of meat from central California. They use butter/seasoned for their steaks (I ask for it on the side! The side dishes I tried are very good and it tastes like they use butter to make their carrots and mashed potatoes. The fries are nice and crispy. Classic smash burger is very tasty so is the Picanha. To go only, they have couple of high chairs on the side of the store or you go and find a table in the food court.
The food is amazing ! Primal Cuts knows how to do burgers . Primal uses chuck and brisket for their hamburgers which gives a flavorful juicy bite . Come hungry because the signature burgers are 1/2 pound . I tried the Butchers Burger and the sundried tomato and arugula were generously spread on a brioche bun . Next visit I will be sure to try the Chicken Wings and Smash Burgers
