I visited the restaurant on Tuesday, 10/10 at 8:45am and ordered a coffee. Unfortunately, it was made hot even though I had requested it to be iced. The staff member working that day became agitated and yelled at me in a manic manner, causing me to start crying. The situation only stopped when I said "Okay Jesus". I'm not exactly sure where the misunderstanding occurred or if it was anyone's fault, but I felt that the way I was spoken to was uncalled for. Overall, I would rate the service as 1 out of 5.
