Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Starkville

I visited this restaurant's drive-thru recently and encountered a small mix-up with my order. Fortunately, I noticed it right at the window and let the employee know. Given how close I was to the store and knowing that closing time is often hectic, I expected a rushed response. However, the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. They quickly resolved the issue, and the food I ended up with was hot and fresh! I really appreciate the effort of the staff who worked that night. Overall, it was a fantastic experience with excellent customer service—10/10! I can't wait to come back.

The new fish sandwich is disappointing! The batter is unappetizing and the fish isn't any better. I usually don't eat Popeyes Chicken since I prefer KFC, but I do enjoy the popcorn shrimp whenever I visit Popeyes. When they first introduced the popcorn shrimp, I felt like it was worth the price, but now it just doesn’t seem the same.
