Steak Center - State Center

I absolutely loved my experience at Steak Center, also known as St. Andrews Grill and Bar. The restaurant was spotlessly clean, including the bathrooms, and all the food was made fresh to order. The salad I ordered with my burger wrap was made with crisp, fresh lettuce. My son enjoyed a perfectly sized grilled cheese sandwich, and the fries were wonderfully crispy. My daughter's kids Alfredo was not only a generous portion but also homemade and incredibly cheesy. We ended our meal with a delicious slice of tuxedo cheesecake - it was so good, we should have ordered two! Our server was friendly, well-spoken, and very informative and efficient. I would highly recommend this place to a friend.

The service at this restaurant is very poor. We were supposed to receive our salad before our meal, but it never arrived. The potatoes were cold and could not even melt the butter. Our meals eventually came, but we still never received the salad. The waitress apologized and said she was very busy.

I stopped by for a drink and sat at the bar. The staff was friendly and quick. The drinks were reasonably priced. The restaurant was bustling due to the Rose Festival. It's a typical small town restaurant, now known as St. Andrews.
