Five Guys - State College

Staff was great. Burgers were good as ever. Fries....well...I am glad I didn't get my hopes up. They were undercooked. Bummer.Food: 3/5

Food was good, our order was missing some condiments on our burgers and parking is atrocious. If you can find parking to dine in...good luck...I suppose with the location they are counting on walk in business with the university so it was fine for that.Food: 5/5

Astonishing burger. All the sides you could ever want on a burger are offered as an option. Insane amounts of fries in a portion.Food: 5/5

Sad fry portions now. : (The charm of Five Guys and their beautiful bountiful servings of french fries is gone and they're not worth the price anymore imo. Still love the burgers though and I think they're worth it.Service: 5/5

Last Night around 5:30pm, we ate dinner at Five Guys. The employees were all super great, got our food to us pretty quickly. While we were eating our meal, the female manager came out and started screaming at all the employees on the shift. The young kid working the register went behind the counter and grabbed a pair of gloves to help because no one was in line ordering food. No sooner did he put the gloves on, did the manager on shift start screaming at him saying “Get out! Put the Gloves down!”. The poor kid looked so shocked for just trying to help while he wasn’t busy. Managers poor demeanor was unacceptable. A customer actually went back and talked to her while we were there. Pretty sad that all eyes were on her due to her lack of professionalism in the workplace.
