Tahoe Tavern Grill - Stateline

This restaurant was great the first time I visited, with good service and food. However, during our most recent visit, the food was undercooked, the service was poor, and the food was cold. I will not be returning again.

Service was excellent! The two ladies present were friendly and the drinks were superb. I had the Birria dip and onion rings and it was so delicious! Since tahoe's food scene is lacking, this place is definitely worth the drive if you are staying further on the California side!

Absolutely, visitors can venture a few miles past the state line and discover some truly innovative dining options at affordable prices. The young staff at this restaurant excels in serving up comforting classics with generous portions, reasonable Tahoe area prices, and a delightful sense of humor. I left feeling satisfied and content, making it the perfect stop before the 15-minute trek back to California.

The experience of this escaping was exquisite. the service was fast, efficient and overall impeccable! the escapes that were delivered to us (in a contemporary way, spirited them) were unique, but not repugnant. for example, the gumbo fatty acid was full of herzhafter and lush meat, all wrapped in a rich and creamy sauce.

We visited The Tahoe Tavern Grill for lunch. We were warmly greeted upon our arrival and promptly seated. Our server Lauren was pleasant, polite and well informed. She recommended the daily special and it was delicious. We had the Grilled Margherita sandwich also. It was served promptly and was flavorful. This is a wonderful spot for lunch.
