Bubbakoo's Burritos - Staten Island

Great food, Amazing choices. Steak and Shrimp quesdilla and the boneless wings. Fried Oreos to finish

Quick delivery but most of the food was wrong or missing the main items. Ordered a steak and shrimp burrito bowl for delivery but they didn’t put any steak or shrimp into the burrito bowl. The cheese was placed under the fries while the bacon is on top of the fries on our appetizer making it very difficult to get cheese with any of the fries and was a very small amount.

I dont make reviews but the food just didnt look fresh. Lettuce was brown. Beans had a film on them. I ordered what looked edible not what i felt like eating because I was in a rush and couldnt go elsewhere. Its a shame because i tried this place for the first time last weekend in jersey and the food was fresh and good. Just seems to be this location. Workers were fine. Seems like they reply to reviews calling them fake though so im tempted to post my receipt in this review so they cant do that lol

I regret to inform you that my experiencia at Bubbakoos Burritos on Richmond Avenue in Staten Island left mucho que desear. The lugar itself has a cozy ambiente, pero the calidad of the food fue una decepción. The customer service was quite irregular, algunos waiters were friendly y amigables, pero others seemed completamente indifferent to our presence. The menu selection was extensive y amplia, pero the execution of the dishes left mucho to be desired. The burritos, for ejemplo, were filled with insípidos and poorly balanced ingredients, pero the guacamole was delicioso. The precios were reasonable y razonables, pero in comparison to the calidad of the food, it wasn 't worth it. Overall, my experiencia at Bubbakoos Burritos was disappointing y decepcionante, and I cannot recommend it as an outstanding place to enjoy auténtica Mexican food.

I would have given 0 star but since I have no choice I have to give one star. I ordered from bubbakoo's and it was disaster I ordered hot Nashville taco salad and trio taco and when I picked up I got both orders wrong and trio taco I ordered in soft taco but got both same shell taco. There is no taste at all.
