Heartland Kosher Bagels - Staten Island

I’m sure they are good. Not actually kosher though, not a legit hechsher. Closest kosher bagels are probably Brooklyn/Jersey. This place is more kosher-style.

Best bagels the customer service is a shame. It’s a mix of kids and older women all w not the friendliest attitudes and they just don’t care. My order will often be slightly off from what I ordered, somethings missing, something I didn’t ask for was added, etc. The employees need more training and resources, probably more coverage too.

Too expensive! Egg and Cheese on a roll is $5! Plain Bagel with Cream Cheese is $3.25. Definitely more expensive than other bagel places. The worst thing is they don’t have prices up so pretty much they can charge you whatever they want!

Come all the way from Maryland to get the best bagels in all of NY...How do you make the perfect bagel?Have an Italian make it! ?
