Navy Pier - Staten Island

We didn't make a reservation, but we were fortunate to snag a table for two on a Thursday evening. The ambiance is lovely, and the view is fantastic. Our waiter provided excellent recommendations; we started with fresh oysters. My friend ordered the steak frites, which she said was cooked perfectly to her liking and tasted wonderful. She also mentioned that it was quite filling. I opted for the short rib pastrami, which was well-cooked and seasoned; it sliced like butter. We shared the chocolate cake, which wasn't very moist, but it was decent. The holiday cocktails were delightful—a gingerbread old-fashioned and a cranberry mule. However, the espresso martini was too bitter, but the manager kindly made us another one that was much better. Overall, it's a great spot for food and a nice vibe.

Service was delightful, thoughtful and supportive considering we had a baby and stroller with us. Drinks were superb. Appetizers were delicious and surprising. However, the mains in our group were all slightly over cooked (a tuna, chicken, med rare steak,pork chop, and a burger) maybe left under the heat lamp just a bit too long after it got busy? But overall, the experiencewas positive and I'd come back again.

The food was incredible, and the service was outstanding! They also offered great drinks. You definitely need to visit just for the stunning view of Manhattan and enjoy a glass of wine.

The food was somewhat inconsistent; my dish was perfect, while my husband's was overcooked. The service, however, was excellent and very attentive. It was my husband's birthday, and we were pleasantly surprised when they brought out a cake with a candle for him. After spending $400, we were hoping for an after-dinner drink to accompany our dessert, but that didn't happen. The desserts we had were very good, though!

Just wow it's like having a dining experience in the city without going that far, the views were great the service is incredible and thanks to Pedro our server he recommended great choices from the food to the wine list , the staff shows passion withcertain drinks and food. Will be back
