Wendy's - Staten Island

I just came home with my order from wendy on amboystraße. they are the worst. I have placed my order by handy and took it on the hard drive thru. have home and I lacked most of my order and what they prepared that they did not follow the instructions. this is not the first time it happened there. I'm sorry to pay for eating that I didn't get. it's not surprising that they still can't eat, they'd have to do the thing right. they didn't want to.

Whomever was in the kitchen at about 230pm on Sunday, Oct 23 deserves a gd raise. One of, if not the, best meals I've had at a Wendy's. Cooking staff was on pointe!Food: 5/5

For me, I really like Wendy's. what do you like about Wendy's? It's Wendy's! A big burger joint. They have the frosty! (they have the frosty) I can't imagine a more beautiful thing! It's Wendy's! I had lunch here 10 01 22 Saturday ordered 2 chili both were horrible it was like tomato soup with loads of kidney beans and had little meat that was minced like coffee grinds :; I brought it back up to the counter and complained and I was told “ that’s how it is made” they exchanged it for 2 cups and re gave me the same poor quality chili over again; Wendy’s should just take it off the menu what a nose dive in the quality of a menu item that was once good; I will not eat in here anymore because this has been going on for a few years and I told my wife to no longer suggest going to Wendy’s for lunch; I won’t pay for poor quality food, this is why fast food chains fail “ good luck preying on today’s youth that doesn’t know any better!!

The absolute worst customer service I have ever received in my entire life!! I frequent this Wendy's simply because it's my local Wendy's but to be Franky honest I will be taking my business elsewhere. The staff are woefully under trained and the manager Sarah is the absolute worst. I don't know how she is still employed at this establishment it's an absolute embarrassment to the company.
