I purchased a new tank and two boxes of coils from this shop. I understand that most vape shops don't offer money-back guarantees, and I'm okay with that. However, my coil went bad just an hour after I bought it. I took it apart and cleaned it, but it still didn’t work. I installed a new coil, and still nothing. When I returned the merchandise, the man at the counter put in another coil, and this one worked. Unfortunately, after trying everything again, I experienced the same issue. I get that there's a sign on the window stating there's no money-back guarantee, and that’s understandable. However, I believe I have the right to express my thoughts. While I’m sure the staff have good intentions, I question whether they truly understand what they are selling. I've been vaping for about six years and have never faced a problem like this before. All I can say is that I won’t be coming back. Buyers, proceed with caution.

This is the only vape store I visit in Statesville. I've been a customer for about two and a half years, and they always assist me with my vaping needs. If they don't have something in stock, the manager is happy to order it for you. The staff is friendly, and the customer service is excellent.

Love the vapehouse. Great employees and great selection. The owner (can't remember his name) is always helpful and kind and Brandy is incredible.
