Pizza Hut - Statham

I just picked up a pizza through curbside service, and I wanted to take a moment to mention how great Karina (I hope I spelled her name right) was! She was very kind when she answered the phone and had a fantastic attitude overall. My girlfriend and I really appreciated it!

The staff was friendly, and the service was outstanding. The food was delicious as well!

I've decided to give up on this location. We've tried it several times since moving nearby, and each experience has been disappointing. During my most recent order, placed through their app, I discovered that it hadn't been started when I arrived for pickup, even though the app indicated it was ready. After waiting another 15 minutes, it was finally ready. The cashier offered a credit, but then the manager said he was 'too busy' and would 'take care of it later.' I'm actually glad he didn't, as both pizzas ended up with a thick crust around the edges—about 4 inches! At least Domino's is just a block away.

When you're lacking drivers, a simple courtesy call to customers waiting for their pizza deliveries would be appreciated. I waited an hour, only to end up needing to pick up our pizzas myself. Terrible management...

I will drive my way out just to come to this location and if I do talk to Miss Karina, she is amazing. Great personality great Customer Service this girl deserves a raise. Thank you for your service.
