The Paramount - Steamboat Springs

Another hidden gem. Best soft shell crab sandwich I can find in the entire state. The view is incredible so when you eat you can just chill and take in the mountains. Delicious food!!

Took over an hour to get our food. It was awful. They also forgot to give me my “fruit” bowl that consisted of cut up apples…..only. Was expecting more than just an apple for 6 bucks. They also didn’t have forks. I had to go to the other place next door to get a plastic one. Awful. Negative stars.

You wouldn't know it from the outside, but The Paramount has great food. The Cuban and Reuben sandwiches were huge and delicious. The salads look delicious, I suspect the breakfasts are incredible.Skip Slope Slide and get your mid-day meal The Paramount.

The foods are delicious, the staff is friendly and hardworking. A forever favorite sandwich spot! Its quick to come to your table and quality for the price.

Best breakfast on the boat. Loved the Russian coffee and BLT breakfast sandwich. Kids went absolutely nuts for the hot cocoa. They tested them all over the mountain and the hot cocoa w the thick whipped cream and sprinkles was IT! Staff are super helpful and kind. Kid-friendliness: Everyone is welcome. Hot chocolate is amazing. They have yummy kids meals, too.
