Timber And Torch - Steamboat Springs

Timber Torch has a pleasant ambiance that was recently updated. While they offer vegan options, they are not all completely vegan-friendly. The Herbivore (Beyond Burger) is vegan, but the bun is not. Their salads can be made vegan by omitting certain ingredients, but most of their dressings are not vegan or may contain honey.

The staff at this restaurant are friendly and accommodating. The only vegan option currently available, apart from a modified salad, is a beyond burger wrapped in lettuce. Personally, I enjoy beyond burgers so I was pleased with the offering, but vegans may find the menu options to be limited.

I tried the quinoa super foods salad at this restaurant and it was fantastic! I would definitely order it again. It was satisfying without making me feel overly full.

This was such a treat! The Vegan Brat is amazing. Even my 4 non-vegan kids loved it and kept commenting how delicious the brat was. The ground mustard is house made and delicious, and the grilled peppers and sauerkraut were AMAZING!! They also have a quinoa salad that sounded delish, but over the course of the week I was there, I never deviated from the vegan brat to try the quinoa!! Such a great porch to stop and have a snack and a drink!! I would highly recommend!!
