I called to politely inform the manager that my meatless/cheeseless pies had been delivered with meat and cheese, and I was fairly compensated with store credit.However, when I called by phone to redeem my credit and explain the situation, my replacement came covered in cheese.
Asked for extra bacon and it hardly had any it was more of a cheese pizza,
We were given the wrong order after waiting over 30 minutesOur fault we didn't check,and when we got home, both were wrongDelicious but wrongHad to go back and pick up our orderRave that I found a new pizza I LOVE in this mishap ??
Pizza was delicious and ready on time! Julia was awesome, polite and very professional!
It bothers me that they tell you that your order will be ready in 25 minutes and you sore about it and it turns out that they haven't even started it yet, that you give them another five minutes and they bring you nothing back and forth and you end up waiting an hour ????? ?
