Subway - STEPNEY

I grab lunch at this Subway at least twice a week. However, there’s about a 20% chance that the drinks machine will be out of order, and honestly, the soda is a big part of why I choose to eat here. I've experienced too many times when I reached the counter only to discover that it wasn’t working, and it would really help if they put up an out-of-order sign to ease my disappointment—though that never seems to happen. On a positive note, the staff is wonderful; many of them know my usual order, and they always do their best, even during busy times.

I had a disappointing experience with the meal I had on Monday night.

I ordered a footlong and waited at the counter for about 15 minutes before finally getting a response from the person in charge, who told me that it might take longer. The customer service was extremely disappointing. On another occasion, I was informed that they were out of staples like bread and vegetables, so they couldn't take my order. Given that Subway is a well-known brand, I really don't understand how such poor quality can align with their brand values. With the lack of customer service and essential ingredients, my experience has been very unsatisfactory. If there had been an option for zero stars, I would have chosen it.

We had to wait for subway staff to pause our order and build the ubereats order.Staff member had music playing in ear which was annoying repeating the order 5 timesI think they should priorities a customer instead of their own people(Indian) as he was out in 2 mins and we were there for 25 !
