Brio Italian Grille Clinton Twp. Partridge Creek

We had the worst service at Brio Patridge Creek. It took over minutes to get drinks from the bar, we bussed our own table by putting our dirty plates on the diryt table next to us, never got more bread, my husband asked for cheese for the pasta, which the sever never came back with, we needed two side plates because our kids were sharing a pizza, and they never got those, server never came back to check on us to tell her these things. Good food but horrendous service for what you pay.

Throughout the pandemic, we have gone to numerous places to eat. This has to be the worst experience we have had so far. I get the fact that all businesses are short-staffed right now and doing the best that they can. The evening we were there they were not taking any walk-ins it was reservations only. The restaurant was not even a quarter full and by doing reservations only management was controlling not only the number of people but the time they were arriving. It truly was as if management wasn't even trying. Our server was running like a chicken with her head cut off and getting absolutely no help from other staff members. Our drinks sat at the bar for minutes while the bartender stood there talking. Our server (it was only her second week) was left to flounder... Talked to the manager and made the suggestion to talk about teamwork to maybe increase customer satisfaction and potentially retain employees. Beside service, the food was not worth the price. Fettaconni was all stuck together and the seafood pasta was just so so... Poor management, sub-par food and with all of the options out there this would be one I would avoid.

Jeremy is excellent! The service is fantastic and he is very personable and friendly. He is a great waiter! I would return just to have him as our server!

Kory warmly welcomed us and made us feel at home. Our server, Tiffany, was incredibly kind and made sure I felt like a valued customer. This restaurant has definitely made significant improvements...

I thoroughly enjoyed the food and found Ray, the general manager, to be very accommodating and friendly. Overall, it was a great dining experience.
