John Jett is not trustworthy; he even removed my original review. I will keep sharing the truth. He shows little regard for his franchisees and misrepresents the support offered to them, doesn’t he? You can’t rely on him when he claims they’ve never closed a store. He even admits to ignoring new store owners, finding their calls for help bothersome. It's all just falsehoods. His focus is solely on profit. Eugene was decent, but he passed away before our business deal was finalized. It was clear that Eugene was the brains behind everything, while John seemed like leftover takeout from last year’s Christmas party. Here’s your well-deserved one-star rating.

After a long week of work, neither my husband nor I felt like cooking, so we decided to order pizza again. We went for Jet's, getting a 10-piece pizza, cheese bread, and cinnamon bars. Unfortunately, it was awful! My husband and I both ended up feeling sick, experiencing severe gas and diarrhea. I also couldn't feed my son because he got sick as well. I called the store to report the issue, and while they offered a half-credit, I wanted a full refund, which they refused. Everything was old and poorly prepared, not to mention very disappointing overall. I had also paid for extra cheese, which was missing. I made it clear that I was extremely unhappy with how things were handled, and we will no longer be ordering from any Jet's, especially not from Ryan/12.

The Jets at 18 Mile and Ryan are fantastic! The food is delicious, and the staff is really friendly. I just wish you would bring back the pizza, as it's our favorite and no one else makes it quite like you do.

Very dissatisfied. Previous best pizza nearby they are just a pizza joint. Ordered small thin crust expects it to be cut into squares (which does not change business), and overpriced $15.00.

I was very disappointed with my pizza that I had the other day. This was the second time I had ordered pizza from them with in the last two years. Both times they ere tasteless, very light on the toppings. They are over priced,even when they have specials it is more than the competitions.that will be my last time I order from jets. Hungry howies has the best deep dish pizza, you always get plenty of toppings
