El Chef Latino - Sterling

We had El Chef cater our end-of-year picnic at Guilford Elementary School in Sterling. For a very reasonable price they made hundreds of our students, families, teachers, and community members happy! Their food is delicious and their staff is very friendly and easy to work with. Whether it's for a big event or you're just stopping in for lunch... El Chef is where you want to go!

Yesterday I had the best baleada I have had in 20 years. I kid you not. The best, best tortilla de harina. Thick, soft, perfect. I never thought I would ever taste that consistency after my childhood. The tacos al pastor were also just perfect. And the pupusas de chicharron were excellent too. This may be the best quality home food I've had since I came to the US. Good job to this entrepreneur!

Why this restaurant doesn't have all food on the menu, but only some food on the menu? Talked to 2 ladies and some of them don't understand me in English. They made error food for us...????????.

The ingredients in the food definitely tasted fresh and were delicious! I do wish that they added more cheese inside the baleadas. It barely had any. :? The tables could also use some wiping down, they were very sticky. It?s pretty humid inside so I suggest ordering for take out.

Worst place ever! 2 people only and they are taking forever , I was here for 45 minutes and no food. Food was very dry. Employees were very rude and talking back about me in Spanish.
