Írjon visszajelzéstMy experience at this Sonic was extremely disappointing, primarily due to Chloe's unprofessional behavior. I witnessed her blowing her nose with her hand and then touching my food. It took 40 minutes for my order to arrive, and when I asked for a refund, she returned my change incorrectly three times. My order was also not correct. This was the worst service I have ever received, and I do not recommend this location, especially when Chloe is working. She even tried to be confrontational when I called her out on her behavior. Overall, the level of professionalism displayed by the staff here was unacceptable.
The staff, primarily young people, is fantastic! The drinks and service are outstanding! However, the food still needs improvement, which I believe is a training issue coming from higher management. Many of the dishes taste like they've been cooked in old grease, and the fries are incredibly hard. For takeout, I spent about $30-50 per person. Overall, I would rate the food a 1 and the service a 5.
I’m not sure how the Sonic in Sterling, KS is still in business. I just went there for dinner, and there wasn’t a single person around. There were no signs indicating that they were closed or anything. The service and food have always been below average at best. I’ve decided that I won’t be returning to this Sonic again.
