The manager, Iggy Karger, has denied us service at the restaurant because of a personal issue and unprofessional behavior. It seems that she has a history of dishonesty, as her previous workplace had issues with money missing from the till. Iggy's behavior towards us seems to stem from her own personal issues, such as using us for free child care while cheating on her partner. She refused to provide corporate contact information and withheld food from our small children. It appears that this behavior is not an isolated incident, as the same thing happened to my mother last week when she was recognized by Iggy. This situation is unacceptable.

The food is unpleasant now. Every time I go, it seems like the hamburgers are cold and not hot. They used to be good but it seems like the staff has gotten lazy now!

Stopped here because a small preteen child could not survive on granola bars any longer and it was right off the main road so I figured it would be easy. It's been forever since I've been in a DQ and I about walked out when I saw the prices of Dilly barsin the freezer figured kids could share some hot food instead. Food was average fast food mediocre at best but no oneexpects Mom's cooking but it took longer than necessary and the process was just awkward. Seemed like they don't get a lot oftraffic and didn't quite know how to interact with customers. building was relatively tidy but showing age. On the upside, thefood was hot, and the staff were polite. Three stars despite my negative impression because I'm betting this is probably typicaland I just haven't been in ages, and staff did their job.

We love Joan! We arrived at 6:50 on 8/13 and she was incredibly sweet and welcoming, with a big smile that made our night. The three kids who returned for desserts were also grateful for her hospitality.

The burger I ordered was very poor quality, even though I asked for a single patty, it was served as a double. The staff did not seem attentive, perhaps because it was close to closing time. The restaurant was in a run-down bungalow that was falling apart. Additionally, I also attempted to leave a review but encountered some issues.
