Ruby Coffee - Stevens Point

While passing through Stevens Point in the morning, I found Ruby's to be the ideal spot for breakfast. They offer vegan crepe batter and have a variety of veggie options. The Chai was delicious, with just the right amount of spiciness and sweetness. It was a bit pricey, as one would expect from a coffee shop, but the interior was super cute.

You can try the vegan crepe batter, and their vegan tempeh crepe is one of the best I have ever had! Don't miss out on their tasty chocolate oatly cappuccino too.

I absolutely love Ruby Coffee! The cafe is stunning and recently renovated. The food is sourced locally, although I do wish they had more vegan options. Their salads are delicious and unique, so I always find something to enjoy.
