Írjon visszajelzéstBig T's Grill is a cute, quaint spot in Stevenson that will leave you feeling stuffed and satisfied. We went for breakfast on a Saturday morning in June 2021 and sat outside on their patio. We had a view of the Columbia River and stayed to chat as a group just a bit after our meals were devoured. I ordered the veggie omelet with cheese added to it and ate it for breakfast both the morning we went to Big T's and the morning after.
We stopped in here for breakfast on a weekday. We were considering some different options but the woman at Skamania lodge swore by it! They had ample parking and were close to the river which is fun but the lot is a little bumpy and makes for an adventure. They were taking COVID precautions very seriously. Masks enforced. Minimal indoor seating. No contact with menus. It was very much appreciated! It was obviously quiet in the place but there were lots of to go orders. This place was incredibly affordable and you got a decent amount of food for your buck! I got the Mt. Bachelor and it was a great combination. The food came out quick but was hot and good. I would definitely come back!
This is a great diner. We either have the burgers or the ground round dinner and they're great. They use a good quality beef and give you plenty of it. On the ground round the gravy used has good flavor, the dash of coarse seasoning on the beef is a nice touch to provide those small bursts of flavor and saltiness. The mashed potatoes are a good version of a classic. On the burgers the bread chosen is a good one. It's like everything that goes into the food has been carefully chosen, which isn't always the case in many restaurants.
This is a very special café, the breakfast is simply out of this world, the people there are pure and nice, and it's in a nice location. I would highly highly recommend you stop by.
Stopped in town on a road trip and we were already interested in a couple of main street joints. However, a local Oracle in a wheelchair and smoking a cigarette kindly directed us to Big T 's instead, saying it 'had great burgers and they 're as good as you 'll get at these places but cheaper '. Our group was unable to shake the idea that this oddball had been sent to guide us and that even if Big T 's was a flop, it would make for a great story. Big T 's is an old converted house, it seems, that looks right down onto the river (with outside deck seating) and serves AMAZING burgers! The Skamanian Oracle was right! The burgers are massive and delicious! My brother and I enjoyed the bacon and bleu burgers, which were to die for. My fiance had the 50/50 burger which has a patty that is a combination of ground beef and bacon--there wasn 't much left of that sucker. I paid a little extra for some onion rings instead of fries and they were massive, delicious, beer-battered masterpieces. TIP: When you 're in a new place and a local gives you a recommendation; listen. There 's only a fifty percent chance that they 're sending you to your death. But, just think of all the wonderful possibilities and magic that await if they 're not! Either way, do it for the story. Also, go eat at Big T 's!
