"I had my first experience ordering takeaway fish and chips. The portions were generous, with large, thick pieces of fish, perfectly cooked with a nice thin batter that was easy to separate. The chips were also large, fresh, and beautifully crispy on the outside, with no lingering taste of cooking oil. The sausage was a delicious addition. At £21.10, I think the price is reasonable. I would rate this a solid four stars. Just a note: they only accept cash, and the nearest cash point is in the local area."

Simply outstanding fish and chips! This is the best I've ever had. The freshly cooked cod was encased in a light, crispy batter, and the chips were perfect. The portions are generous too; my regular cod was enormous.

This was my first experience trying Fish and Chips from Big Fish, and I must say, the fish was outstanding while the chips were top-notch as well. I also tried the curry sauce, which was a perfect, traditional pepper curry—absolutely excellent. It surpassed what I've had at Bankers. My wife has been raving about Big Fish for a long time, but I was away for work and missed out—no longer! Oh, and I should mention that the staff in the shop were friendly, pleasant, and very helpful.
