Unicorn Cafe - Stirling

All sandwiches at this restaurant can be made with gluten-free bread, which is prepared in a separate area of the kitchen. Instead of the usual cafeteria-style line, staff serve the sandwiches with a side salad (dressed with balsamic vinaigrette) and a deli salad (potato salad during my visit). I opted for a bowl of soup, of which there were two gluten-free options available. Although it was a bit chaotic, I didn't notice if there were any gluten-free desserts or snacks, but they may have been available. In addition to standard sodas and water, the restaurant also offers alcoholic beverages. Dining in the castle halls adds a fun touch to the experience.
