It 's the service for me. Food is always fresh and I 've never had an issue, even when they 've gotten something wrong they have corrected it with no extra. But this service They have a sign that says, no phone calls while we are trying to take yourorder Cool I get it. So, why would you greet the customer while you are on the phone? And then proceed to completely crew upmy order. I place an order for a pickup time of 2:30, I arrive at 2:25 you tell me my order ain 't ready because I said 2:30and I proceed to wait until 2:50. I place an order for pickup time of 2:30, I arrive at 2:50, and my order isn 't ready and Iwait until 3:25. Service is inconsistent.

This food is soooo good! And the customer service warm smiles really add to the delicious taste of the food! I wish you would open an Ameen Fish Wings in Jacksonville, North Carolina...the Marines in Camp Lejeune would never stop patronizing you! Thankyou for great taste smiles!

As I went through the reviews, I can honestly say my experience was nothing like what others described. The fish was undercooked, the coleslaw was warm and lacked flavor, and the red beans and rice would disappoint anyone who knows how they should be presented. Who uses yellow rice for that dish? It had absolutely no flavor, and the beans were so soupy that I almost mistook them for soup. It was the worst-looking dish I've ever encountered. The only thing that was fried properly and had any sort of taste was the fried okra, and I must say, the Diet Coke was spot on.

The customer service at this place is terrible. I ordered a Swai and Jumbo Shrimp dinner for delivery, but only received the fish. When I called Ameen, I was told that I couldn't get a refund because I had received two pieces of fish and a scoop of potato salad. I paid $19.68 for just two pieces of fish and some awful potato salad. I will definitely not be returning! My next step is to dispute the charges because I won’t let them take advantage of me.

The food was very tasty and the service was prompt for dining in. However, I recommend bringing your own tartar sauce because theirs is yellow and has an odd taste, even after I requested a replacement.
