This place is super fancy and the starters are good but they take so **** long to serve which really pissed us off. Don’t go for the ramen in the main course, you might puke. Desserts are decent though.

Our stay was short becausw we came close to closing (1hour before closing) which imo was perfect. Less rush of people, food comes faster and waiters less distracted. In the end this place had what we wanted. Ordered a variety of their snacks and the waiter did a great job offering his honest opinion and recommended great selections. Very professional service and a calm atmosphere.

During my work trip, I stayed at the hotel and decided to try the bar's burger on the first night. I was impressed by the chef's passion while cooking it, and the burger with dipping sauce and fries was excellent, earning a 10/10 rating. However, on my final night, I was disappointed. My burger was left on the counter for 10 minutes, and when I questioned it, they were going to give me the cold burger. After complaining, they cooked it on a different grill, resulting in a horrible taste. The tarragon tomato sauce with tarragon salt-covered fries was overwhelming, leading me to throw most of it away. They also forgot to give me a receipt when I asked for one. Despite receiving complimentary beers for the mistake, the poor quality of the £17 meal may prevent me from being able to claim it back.

As a guest at Amaranten, i use to have a dinner/ evening meal here. I often end up with their burger, a well tasting and fresh way to serve such. As well, the caesar sallad is a favourite. Great meal and great service.

What a great discovery! My husband and I both decided to try the daily special and we were thrilled with our meals. They arrived quickly, within 5-7 minutes of placing our order.
