The food, service, and atmosphere at this restaurant were all terrible, receiving a rating of 1 out of 5 for each category.

We placed our order online with very specific instructions. Unfortunately, our requests were not followed properly. My partner, who is allergic to mayonnaise, asked for no mayo on their burger, but it came covered in it. Additionally, we paid extra for cheese, which was missing from the burger. My burger also came with a tomato, despite requesting otherwise. Both burgers had special instruction stickers, so it is concerning that the staff did not pay attention to them. This negligence could have been very dangerous if we had not checked the food first. Overall, this was a disappointing experience.
