Michaels New York Style Pizza

Ordered 2 pizza lunch specials with salad and drinks. Then ordered small pepperoni and sausage pizza. As well as wedges and garlic cheese bread. The garlic cheese bread was bomb! Perfect amount of cheese and garlic. Salad could use tomato and glad I added cheese. It's a very basic salad otherwise, but good. Our pizza was good. Nice crust and flavorful sauce and just right amount of cheese. Service was good even though she was busy she attentive.

The food is fantastic here. Not only do they have pizza but their salads, ranch dressing and wings are bomb. They also have breakfast and a great bar with tvs with sports on. We've called in our order and dined in, great service and the dining room was remodeled so lots of convenient seating for small and larger parties. They always help out with the local baseball teams and schools for fundraising which is awesome!

Great pizza, and they hire a lot of people. I appreciate businesses that hire the help they need and provide an excellent product to consumers. The owners of this place are local and invested in the community. The beer is always fresh.

I called this location right after work to pick up a pizza at 2:27pm to place an order. I arrived and paid for the food at 2:34pm. They asked if I had already called the order in prior because someone with a similar order and name with a different number had called and no showed. I said no because I didn 't. They said are you sure. I said of course. I waited outside and within 5 mins they had My pizza ready, even though they had said it would be a 28 minute wait over the phone. I get home and open my pizza and the cheese was already solid/set and the crust was hard as heck. It made my gums bleed after I bit into the crust. I get not wanting to lose out on a no show but why is that my burden to carry. I wasn 't even able to eat my pizza from how hard it was. A simple pepperoni is about $30 here and it was NOT worth the money. The worst part is when I called and let the woman know, she said she 'd give me 20% off my NEXT order instead of remaking the order so we can eat tonight. She essentially said it is what it is and I can go back and pay $45 for a new order. Customer service definitely isn 't what it once was. Definitely proceed with caution at this place if you decide to do business with them. I 've attached photos of the freshly baked pizza for reference and time stamps

Love the crust on the pepperoni! So crunchy and great flavor. Always hot and fresh! I hear they have a great breakfast too.
