This place is really disappointing. Every time I visit, there seems to be an issue. During my most recent trip, I encountered several problems: 1) After I ordered coffee, they abruptly removed it from the beverage station—not to brew a fresh pot but to clean all the pots in the building. They didn't even have the courtesy to inform me when it might be available again, so I ended up leaving without what I paid for because I didn't have time to wait over 20 minutes. 2) When my wife checked to make sure they hadn't forgotten her bagel, the staff seemed annoyed and talked about her request among themselves in the kitchen. Plus, they didn’t even toast her bagel. 3) On top of that, during my last visit, they failed to honor my birthday reward. They gave me a small discount that was incorrect, and when I inquired about it, they insisted that they were right. The staff was incredibly unfriendly and made the experience uncomfortable. I doubt I will return.

This place is hit or miss. Food is always good (if not always well equipped). Service is good, except two bad experiences. Today I got a portion of Lox (maybe) and paid for two. And what happened to the sale of Lox? I don't like the sandwich and with prepacked ox was helpful. But $10 for that pile?

I'm very fond of Noah's NY Bagels. I use to order baker's dozen multiple times a month and the travel coffee for our office. No problems doing so. However today I thought it would be nice to order a dozen and a half as a surprise for my teacher and students. I was rudely told to place my order 24 hours in advance because she didn't have enough bagels for the morning. Now how is that my problem. The case was full of bagels and you can smell the ovens working. As a manager you have to expect the unexpected. Customer service is number one. Also she was complaining about having a terrible morning to an employee who just walk in for his shift. Common courtesy take it to the back or word it differently. Its your tone. I love your bagels but this left a bad start to my morning. I know we can be kinder and just breathe. You got this. I believe in you. Have a great weekend.
