Dinner House - Stoke-on-Trent

I had the unfortunate experience of getting takeout from this restaurant because my wife loves your duck dish... but that's where the positive feedback stops. I ordered salt and pepper chips and was extremely disappointed. The chef clearly has no idea what they are doing as there was no red or green chili, no salt, no pepper... basically just a portion of frozen chips with a few onions thrown in. It was so bad that I ended up throwing it away. I also ordered chicken egg foo yung, which had hardly any chicken and was dry and unappetizing. This restaurant really needs to improve their food quality as everything I tried was terrible.

I contacted the restaurant because my chicken was undercooked and the vegetables were not cooked at all. When I brought this to their attention, they asked me what I wanted them to do about it. The owner then came to the door and refused to address my concerns before walking away. The food lacked quality and I would recommend avoiding this restaurant to avoid making the same mistake.

Eating the food my partner discoverd an artery in her chow mein................... will never use this take away again

Ordered takeaway through Just eat and, was delivered around 15 minutes early. Good quality was good and hot on arrival, would recommend to anyone in this area or visiting the area for a takeaway

Do not order from dinner house Fenton. We had raw chicken in the sweet and sour chicken balls! Called to state this kept getting told they are checking order don 't need to check it I 've just called within 2 minutes of delivery time to state the chicken was raw. Husband had to take over call to just tell them to return to us as we 've packaged all food back up and want a full refund. Waited 50 minutes for them to return and when they came to door all they could do was ask for their free bottle of coke to be returned also hilarious!! Never again
