Small portions, uncooked food phoned them to let them know and was told there's no manager for half an hour somebody would ring me then but never had a call back

Unfortunately, I cannot say that I was overly impressed by the quality of food or the condition that the food came. The mushroom was dried out and looked like she was sitting on a sun veranda for a few days. the bee in a box was a half-melted chaos and I ordered 3 chopcakes, only by 2 again. all the meals arrived cold.

First few times I ordered from here, food was amazing. Really annoyed though because the last couple of times I’ve called to order food, I’ve been told they’re not taking any orders because they’re backed up. Wouldn’t be as bad if they just said we’re very busy, there’s a wait on food, but just turning away my custom. I’m done with this place now. Won’t be bothering with them again.

Got to be the worst breakfast I've ever had.. everything was just rammed in the tub looked a right mess and to top it off most of my tomatoes were already out of the container thanks to the driver.. will never order from here again disgusting went straight into the bin no impressed!!

Terrible service. Quote 1 hour for delivery and then make you wait over 1 hour and a half. I called multiple times and they said they were waiting for a driver, leaving the food lying around waiting. Very disappointing and seems very disorganised. Wont be ordering again!! We had plans and we were told that because it was made we couldnt cancel the order despite them not fulfilling their side of the bargain.
