Fred's Tavern - STONE HARBOR

Great liqueur, get a T-shirt or two. Or, stop at the bar restaurant next door. Large people, wide choice and less than the ACME.

I thought it was a closed diving bar from outside. Inside was very clean. Great food. If we're in the area, we'll return. Check out our trip youtube channel called Coolest Life.

Fred's Tavern is a fantastic bar that offers surprisingly good bar food. The bartenders are all friendly and attentive, serving up excellent drinks. The attached beer and liquor shop is an added bonus.

Fred's has always offered fair prices, which is a rarity in a beach town resort during the summer. I was pleasantly surprised to discover they have an excellent menu and a fantastic kitchen! They serve delicious steak and cheese options, and also offer great salads and a variety of other dishes. I had one of the best chicken fajitas of my life there, and their onion rings are by far the best! Plus, the prices for menu items are very reasonable. Overall, Fred's Tavern is a great find!

Only went to the liquor store but they have a pretty good selection of wines from around the world and the liquors. They're conveniently located downtown since a fair number of the restaurants in Stone Harbor are BYOB.
