Papa John's Pizza - Stone Mountain

The delivery is consistently on time, and sometimes even arrives early. The pizza is hot and delicious.

The deliveries from this restaurant in my area don't knock or ring the doorbell. This has happened several times, and when I called the manager, he was equally unhelpful. I won't be ordering food from this place again!

I wish I could give this place fewer stars. I placed an order at 10:15, and it was canceled just five minutes later without any phone call or email explaining why. When I finally called the restaurant, I had to wait 15 minutes for the young lady to check on my canceled order. It's really disappointing that I can't even get a simple pepperoni pizza delivered from less than four miles away. The customer service is absolutely terrible. Unfortunately, this is only one of three bad experiences I've had with this delivery company.

He was waiting for a pizza delivery hour. When it comes to his wrong pizza. The whole order for a refund for bad customer service. Manager at the service did not seem to care and tells me that he has many customers, so loosing you did not hurt. I stopped calling this place because of the problems in the past. That confirms I'm not calling again.

Pizza tracker said pizza was ready ten minutes ago....gets to papa John's and it's still a 15 minute wait...rude customer service all employees had mask under their chin and no gloves. I promise I will never shop here again!!!!
