I LOVE my dominos! Sure, they've gotten the order wrong a couple of times. Nobody is perfect. However if they do something wrong it's fixed right away. THAT'S customer service.....the old fashioned way! Putting the customer first is what all businesses should strive for. Without us there would be no business, therefore no profits. Thank you Domino's Galm Road.Update 12-1-2023: As much as we've always loved Domino's, lately there's been several lackluster experiences. We've recently begun to pay extra for added provolone cheese on our pizzas. The first time it was marvelous with that beautiful white topping and stretchy, gooey deliciousness. But the last few orders having been identical to the first were either missing or EXTREMELY scarce on the provolone. We let it go on the previous but this time we called and let them know it wasn't right. The outcome was unacceptable considering their guarantee. They said it was made correctly (in other words, we were wrong) and offered us cheesey bread on our next order, not a replacement. We felt like taking it back and dropping it at the front door! Very dissatisfied! Looks like we need to go elsewhere in the future as their guarantee means nothing. Looking at the photos, I'm sure anyone can tell this is regular cheese (not provolone)and not even extra cheese!

This place is a vibe!I have been standing here waiting for my pizza and everyone has been greeting everyone. There’s lol 15 employees here and they are honestly working and pushing each other. I need to know who runs this place. Great team work!
This is the second time I attempted to place an order for delivery. When I go on the app or go online it assigns the wrong store and my order gets canceled. This time I called the call center and verified it would be sent to Galm. I even spoke to the manager to add a tip and verified it was the Galm location. An hour passed by so I went to the tracker to see what step my order was on. It was canceled AGAIN with no phone call or email AGAIN. I called the phone number it provided and what do you know... it was the tezel location. They provided me the number for galm so I call them and talk to the manager who explains the refund process then transferred me to someone to take my order. They were unwilling to honor the coupon that I used because supposedly it was online only. I explained I can not order online because it sends it to the wrong store but they were still not willing to honor the coupon. Extremely frustrating that I made sure it was the galm location and yet somehow it still got messed up.
