I was charged a tip on my bill without my permission! I did not leave a tip when I paid, but when the payment was processed on my credit card, a tip was added without my authorization! This is a scam!

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant and wish I could give it a negative score. The fettuccine alfredo with chicken was terrible, with only half a piece of chicken and no sauce. The pepperoni calzone was also awful, with only 2 pieces of pepperoni and a large slice of deli-cut Canadian bacon. I will never eat here again. This was my first time at the Riverwalk location inside the mall on March 16, 2024, and it will definitely be my last. They will not be receiving any more of my money.
